If itâs crispy itâs likely sun damage, if itâs soft I would worry about root rot.

Take the plant out and look for mushy roots, trim them, put it in new well-draining soil and make sure the pot has good drainage. Then let it dry out a bit between watering âșïž

That may be a watering issue. They donât like to be wet but they do seem to like consistent watering. If I let mine go too long and it gets too dry and a little wilty, it acts up and looses some leaves after I water it. If I catch it before it gets too dry it does great. I have two and they both do this. Some plants donât mind being under watered and will bounce back but this oneâs a little pickier.
