Hello, I just got this Monstera albo cutting and she had it in leca. I’m very unfamiliar with leca. I’m not sure where I should water to, what fertilizer I should use and when I should place in soil. Should I ditch the leca and just let it grow in water? Should I plant in soil? I don’t want to mess up this little guy.

Is there any water in the leca, it’s hard to tell in the picture. I have seen good growth just in water but never done it myself. Roots can tell tangled around leca but that isn’t a huge deal. You can repot in soil once you get some longer roots like 4-5 inches, good luck!

the plants that I keep in legs do really well with water. I just put water in up to where the leca is and change it out once a week. All of my leca plants seem to do well with that method
