Hey 👋🏻 I’ve had this Monstera for a couple years now and he’s flourishing, though I’d like to arrange him to climb up the moss pole. As the roots are in the centre, I’ve had to position the pole on the edge, tethering nodes to it, but I’m ideally wanting it to be more central… Any tips/advice on getting him to be more like the photo I have here?

I would tie up maybe more than its main stem. maybe such as the thickest one with the biggest leaves, to the pole as well. I know the small leaves like to rotate to find light, but this may give you a more clean cut look. if the stems are too big to move and tie, maybe you can tie them loosely & eventually train it the direction you want. maybe that'll work!

Repot and arrange them so the pole is in the middle?

Yes agree, and you could add a taller moss pole, so you don’t then don’t have to re pole for a while. I’ve done this recently with my Monstera

Thanks! How did you manage to get the moss pole in the middle without damaging the roots, as this is the problem I’m having?

Put it in when you’re reporting and can see what’s going on with the roots
