Came back from vacation to this strange fungus (?) on my soil. Anyone know what this is? Do I need to repot or is there anything to be done?

    Repot for sure!! Also get a chunkier more airod soil try adding perlite, leca, and orchid bark to your current potting mix and that will help a lot! Your plant is not draining properly hence the fungus

    i usually just cover it with more soil and let it compost.. lol. i’ve never had any problems with it killing my plants but it looks like yours is pretty bad, i would repot and change out all the soil
