I found this beautiful Monstera at Lowe’s! Unfortunately I’m one by one noticing my leaves looking like this. I was told it may be fungal? I know I need to repot with a better soil, but I just specifically want to know if this looks fungal, and if so, what to treat with? TIA

    I bought one from Lowe’s awhile back and it looked like it was struggling at first but once it became adjusted its looking much better.

      Mine has become a little bit better I think/hope, but there’s still some problem areas
