I got this little monstera from Lowe’s. I’ve repotted her into a perlite/potting soil mix and a slightly bigger pot. When do I add support? Do I wait until I notice she needs it?

    You can add support now or when she’s starting to stretch a bit 😃 but personally I think it’s easier to add it as soon as possible since it’s less leaves to fight with. Just consider what type you like (moss pole, sticks or something else) and go for it when you feel like it 🤗

    When you give her the stake/moss pole when she doesn’t need it, it will make her rely on it too much. I am not 100% sure, but that is the case with a lot of the plants I own, so in my opinion, I would wait until she needs it.
