I can’t figure out why my Monkey mask has browning spots. It has multiple new growth and is overall pretty healthy. I’m a new plant mom so I just want to make sure I’m taking care of it right

    I’m new to plants too. I mean, I’ve kept many alive for the past 5 years but new to actually learning how to take care of them lol. Have you checked for pests? You could spray it down with a fungicide in case it’s a bacteria hurting your leaves. When was the last time you watered it? Is the soil dry half way down?

    My monkey mask is doing this too! I’ve had some leave turn yellow and die ☹️. I just repotted it because I think it had a drainage issue. Does your pot have good drainage?

    It may not be getting enough humidity

    Yeah it does have good drainage. I’m thinking the brown spots are because I’m not misting it and the house isn’t very humid. The leaves never been yellow. I don’t think it’s fungus or bacteria because my other plants are fine. I’m gonna try increasing the humidity and see if that helps.
