HELP!!! My monstera deliciosa somehow got root rot and is not doing well. I cut off all the rotten roots and put it in a super chunky mix to try to help it, but it still seems like it’s dying. How do I salvage it??

Now that you have done all of that you just have to wait. I'm sure its also stressed from everything or you can chop and prop it if you think its to far gone. Hard decision. I need to see your monstera before i can say what i would do..

The first two are what she looks like right now, and the last one is what she looked like about a month ago :(((

When I took her out, I noticed that there were THREE plants in there, so I separated them as well and they’re in separate pots and look about the same. But that’s why she doesn’t look as full as she did.

These are pictures of the other two. They don’t look as bad at the momma, but they are still struggling.

Yeah it looks like they will be fine. Just give it a some time. They need to recoup. They're just stressed.

Okay. I was so worried I killed them. It was my very first houseplant that I got, so I’m super attached. lol. The root rot came out of absolutely nowhere. I don’t know what happened.

If you see all the leaves start to turn yellow then you can try to prop it..
