I need help!! Something doesnt feel right about my monstera and i cant figure it out, she is very droopy and her growth is slowing down Also she has this broken leaf and i dont know if i should trim it or not? And if so how???

    She does look sad. How much light is she getting and when was her last repotting

      I typically have her under a grow light but im getting a new one its delivery has been getting delayed so shes been getting not as much light as id like and I havent repotted her cause im not sure when would be good (im fairly new at taking care of plants)
