My monstera has been getting lots of growth in lately! Is it time to install poles? If so what kind?

I would add something to climb on, otherwise they will start trailing downwards

Adansonii don’t NEED something to climb on, they are content with hanging, now if you want bigger and nicer leaves it does look about time for a pole!
