    It needs more and longer roots. Keep it in some water for a little bit longer.

    I do mine in moss or perlite. And when they get a good length, I pot them up in a chunky avoid mix i make

    i prop in both water and sphagnum moss and find that both are good options. for water props i’ll usually add a cutting from a pothos to encourage faster rooting but you don’t rlly have to do that. i think that monstera would be happy in either until it develops secondary roots! :)
