To crop or not to crop it… Hi friends, I’ve been growing my Monstera for over 4 years now and I am finally getting fenestration, but the bottom part of it didn’t grow with the correct support and is now all crooked and ugly… I am tempted to propagate it, but super scared to kill it. What should I do, please?
Maybe air layer Ariel roots for a month then make the prop. That seems to be easiest for most people. Your next leaf after the cut maybe smaller but it'll bounce back in no time and give you even more fenestrations

When you eventually pot up the cutting, get a moss pole that it can actually root into. You’ll get bigger stronger leaves, and it will grow straight up along the pole. Adding a pic of mine for reference
I heard wonders about the Moss pole and I will definitely try it. Now, I was wondering… I’ll replant the top cut, but what should I do with the rest of it? Just leave it? Thanks!
