just cut them off. it doesn't hurt the plant. if you don't plan on giving it something to climb, just cut off the aerial roots
0 Likeslooking closer, i think you put the pole on the wrong side of the plant LMAO. move the pole so that it's touching the side the aerial roots are coming from.
1 LikeOh okay, what can I give for the plant to climb ? 😅

0 Likescoco coir pole will be just fine, though i'd be careful about it touching the soil, as coir tends to start rotting when it gets too wet.

0 LikesDo be careful, the aerial roots of monsteras can get in between the trim and the wall and start growing underneath your carpet looking for soil so if this happens or you notice it getting close to the edge, trim it before it gets into the trim otherwise you’re gonna have one hell of a problem

0 LikesYou can also tame it back into the soil
0 LikesAs they’re too long won’t that be a problem?
0 LikesYou can just lay them on top
0 LikesI love the roots! When did your monstera start to grow them?
0 LikesAround 2-3 months. I never thought it would grow or move a lot faster.
