Recently repotted, leaves are getting crispy then yellow. Its lost 3 leaves and the entire plant is getting brown spots

    What kind of light does it currently receive? How much is it drying out in between waterings? Do you water thoroughly to soak all of the soil when you do water? I ask because to me, it looks like it could be getting scorched from too much direct light and/or dealing with some sort of watering issue- just not sure if it’s overwatering or underwatering but I lean towards underwatering with the way the leaves are crispy and the soil looks dry in your photo.

    I water it every two weeks. I mist it in between watering. It gets about 2 hours of sun through a window and about 10 hours with a grow light.

      Thanks! What direction does the window face? If it’s a south or west facing window, it might be getting a little scorch from the sun. Otherwise, I’d look more into watering. If it’s drying out completely by the time you water it, it’s probably drying out too much. Sometimes Planta’s algorithm guesses wrong, especially in the winter time. I’d probably check the soil 1x/week to see if it’s ready for water yet rather than waiting 2 full weeks for now. This is a plant that likes to be 50% dry before watering again, so I like to check by sticking a chopstick into the soil 50% of the way and making sure it comes out clean. If it does come out clean/dry, water thoroughly and mark it as watered on planta due to the soil being dry; eventually the algorithm will hopefully adjust the schedule.

      if you notice the brown spots more where light does directly hit the leaves, that would confirm it’s too much direct light, but if they seem to appear regardless of where the light hits, that would point to a watering issue.
