I would pull it. I don’t know if it could eventually harm the monstera as it grows. But at the very least, it’s going to be taking nutrients out of the soil and the roots will start to crowd the monstera’s as they spread.

Mushrooms are a sign of healthy soil no need to pluck . I’ve had mushrooms and no harm to my plant they come and go .

You can pull it if you want but it could also mean the soil is too wet

The mushroom itself shouldn’t cause any harm, as others have said, it’s often a sign of nutritious soil. However, it does make me wonder whether the soil is right for a monstera if it’s damp enough for mushrooms to grow. Monsteras like well draining soil and prefer to dry out a little in between watering. Mine are in a very well draining mix with plenty of perlite, charcoal and orchid bark blended in for added drainage.

Looks to be in the coprinoid family. They're harmless to plants. They have dubious edibility and can make people sick under some circumstances, so don't let any pets or children eat it
