My little albo variegata monstera is seemingly happy but hasn’t really grown much or produced any new leaves. Would that be because of winter/cold in my area (or does it matter because it’s inside)? I’ve been following Planta’s care schedule. Wanting to help it thrive. Ty lovelies! 🌱

Since it’s younger, it could be establishing strong roots over leaf growth. As long as you have adequate light inside, the time of year doesn’t necessarily hold it back from growing.

      Ok, thank you!

It looks like you may have just watered as well, so I just caution following the app to the letter since this particular plant may not dry out as fast as the app says to water it. Good luck!

Your plant is gorgeous. Just an FYI and I 100% agree with everything that everyone else has said because I had a Pothos that didn’t grow any new leaves and it just grew new leaf the other day and it seriously could just be doing the growing roots over growing leaves I think your plants fine.

It’s looking pretty happy. How much light does it get and do you fertilize at all?

Mmhmm. It gets about 12 hrs with the grow light and I follow Planta’s schedule for fertilizing (once every 3 weeks)
