    Your Monstera looks really healthy! It doesn’t need a pole immediately, but one would help support vertical growth. Monsteras have a natural front and back, so you’ll want to place the post on the back side where the aerial roots grow. That’s the climbing side, so it’ll attach better and the leaves will keep facing forward.
