Does it look like my monstera is leaning? Do I need a moss pole or can I just use a small trellis or something

    Prune the smaller and lower leaves to reserve energy to grow larger leaves with larger fenestrations, then either separate into multiple plants or repot into a larger pot. Then use a moss pole for the larger leaves and if you separated into multiple plants you can use a trellis for the smaller leaves until you get taller leaves. I’d personally start off with the moss pole regardless of current size, and just add to it when leaves grow in taller.
