It's easier on the plant if you wait for spring, but if you don't think she's gonna be happy through the winter in that pot, just make sure to keep her well-lit and warm enough after repotting and she'll be fine. If you're watering twice a week she will probably make it til spring in that pot, but it's also up to you -- what you have time and bandwidth for. I'm absolutely merciless with my monsteras because they have shown themselves to be extremely resilient, but I also work from home and can baby the crap out of my plants when they need it. Do what works for you and your resources.

Okai thanks your for your feedback. I was considering waiting until spring but Im bit nervous I don’t want to get root rot since I’ve been watering her twice a week but I’ll keep an eye out for her see how she does if anything I’ll repot. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Does she use a grow light or natural window light? If you use a grow light and keep her indoors you can repot whenever you’d like to! If it were mine I would do a repot but if you wanted to wait I’d just water a little less and make sure she drains really really good!! Best of luck friendnn

I have it with a grow light and by an east facing window I do have her indoors and perfect I’ll try to water her a bit less and give her couple more weeks hoping she’ll do well and see how it goes might repot after couple more weeks and thank you very much 🤞🏻

I personally would repot to a clay pot just 1” bigger than the size I’m currently.

Some and most monsteras like to be a little root bound so if I were you I would wait until the roots are sticking out the drainage holes in the pot.

I would wait, my understanding is that they really like having their roots snug.
