I’m trying to save her. I took it out of soil and washed roots really well even a little peroxide. Roots still look bad. What should I do? Root rot?

Nic Van DI’m sorry :( make sure the remaining roots are not mushy what so ever. Check them daily. I had a Marble Queen I was trying to save and I left to many roots on and it just kept decaying and turning to mush (wilting leaves). If it’s not to far gone it should perk back up. How long has it been declining? I can’t tell but it looks like the leaves might be brown, I’d get rid of those. It looks like you have one good leaf with a new leaf coming in, I’d put that in a separate vessel and see if you can save it. You could always plant it up with a new plant if you can save it. The browning on the other leaves is concerning. That’s what I would do. Good luck 💚
