Got these babies as a gift. I have chopped some (very top heavy) but I’m also thinking that i need to repot. The first picture has a 10” pot and the second is 6”. Advice?

    I would definitely repot into larger terracotta pots with drain holes. Those roots need some air!

    The one in the 10 inch pot is probably fine in that size pot, but that soil is way too dense. Since these are aroids, they need a chunky mix. I recommend mixing in a lot of perlite and orchid bark. Also, keep in mind that monsteras like to be snug in their pots.
