does anyone have advice/ideas for a pet-safe setup? I have cats and one of them LOVES chewing on plants, so i’d like to protect my plant babies lol

      I've owned both cats and plants but never together. Some things off the top of my head are putting your pet's favorite chewy plants up on high shelves (that wouldn't be accessible even by jumping from lower furniture), repurposing a china cabinet as a little greenhouse with glow lights, or keeping certain plants in a room in your house where the door stays permanently closed.

      Also, not sure if you have any poisonous plants (to cats) but obviously you'd want to prioritize placing them in unreachable places first. If you have to keep some plants on reachable spaces it better be the safe ones.

      Also read up once on training a cat to eat/chew on cat grass instead of your plants. So if you see them biting a plant you direct them to the cat grass so they can get that chewy satisfaction

    Everything I have is hanging from the ceiling or on a shelf the cats can’t reach. My cat will chow down on anything he can reach, so I have to keep everything away from him.
