Hello everyone! Recently dove into the world of plants and got myself a bunch. Just snagged a Leoter Grow Light from Amazon to solve my lighting issues. Wondering if it’s okay to keep it on 24/7? Any experienced plant parents have advice? TIA!!
It works best to keep them on for 12 hours a day. Good luck

Plants, like most living things appreciate some bedtime 🥱 It encourages the natural cycle of gaseous exchange, energy absorption & use with rest. Pretty much everything does better with rest periods & plants are no exception 🤗
