I flipping love this!!! What kind of light did you have in mind? I bought a few less expensive lights on Amazon that worked for me. But then I needed a good hanging bulb so I went "straight to the top" with buying an $80 Soltech light. I eventually needed another bulb so I gave Sansi a try for only $24. Sansi gave me higher PPFD at a further distance, much higher luxx and it covered a more broad range of area. Figured I just pass along my what I found out when using them....

I was actually unsure what was best, the only thing I knew I wanted was the style of the fixture. I’m going with this industrial style barn light. Thank you for your recommendation

Sorry. ...but by putting a hood it you could potentially lose a lot of grrwoy area...
