Monstera Before and after
My Tradescantia Jose Puig has done well since I got it in July. It arrived a bit skimpy. I cut in half six of the eight stems. I put the 6 stems right back into the pot after propagating in the water a few weeks. The roots are thin because these vines are thinner than other varieties of tradescantias. A purple heart tradescantia is shown in one picture for comparison. Jose Puig has small dark leaves with a neon green leaf edge on younger leaves. I moved the plant into a 6 inch pot. I moved it outside for full sun. I will take cuttings again in spring and again in summer to create a fuller pot.
INLOVE with my new plant stand 🪴can’t wait to grow my collection!
Got my plants all festive today (ornaments are only temporary for today lol) 🎄
Prettiest leaves ever and a new one coming soon 😊 starting to realize I love variegated plants more yet all the ones that are now in my wishlist are way too expensive for me. Found a variegated alocasia at a market yesterday priced at $225 and I just can’t see myself spending that much on a single plant. Multiple, yes absolutely but one? No. Absolutely not.
I brought this Dragon’s Tail home recently and I can’t wait for him to climb and add even more character to my setup. ❤️🌿The Money Tree is struggling; the Whale Fin is also a new addition. Love this group, seeing your plants, and learning from the posts & comments. ☺️ I’m relying heavily on this app, and the community, as I start this journey.
She is gorgeous and I love her. 😍 Her beauty is all to the greenhouse’s credit. I’ve only had her for a few days. They put the houseplants on sale. How could I not when she is so perfect and lovely? Also my first Hoya!
I purchased my first plant at the end of spring this year. A pothos Jade (she is in the corner of the small shelf) it was a small 4 inch plant. Six months and 48 plants later.. I need more space
two beautiful spider flowers opened today. switched the grow lights on at the end of september and “tricked” the spider plants into thinking it’s spring i guess. there’s another inflorescence forming on the other side, so i’m looking forward to a floral winter ‼️
Finally got a raven Zz, I wish it was darker, but love her to bits!🤍🌱
My plants jump on my bed to get that a.m. sun. 🤍🌱
