Hello Plant 🪴 Friends, I got this beautiful plant gifted from my dad and I don’t know what it is. Any ideas? Please help so I can know how to care for it. Thanks.
Just showing off my carnivorous babies. The green pitcher and flask pitcher were rescued from a nursery that I suspect didn’t know how high maintenance these guys are. It’s been two weeks and they are looking so much better already. 😍
One of my Planta tasks for today was cleaning my Pearls & Jade’s leaves. Such quality time! I love her. 😍
Sharing my two new babies. These tiny little guys are in 1” pots and just so cute.
Does anyone know what this plant is called? I got it as a present and want to add it to my plant care 💓🥰
Maui got a new pot, a climbing stick and some support. The world's most unruly plant! So uncooperative! I learned from my Monstera Deliciosa to provide extra support so they don't topple over. This one did not want to leave his pot!
First time posting!! I recently got this string of tears to live in my hanging pot in my room. Any tips and tricks to taking care of this plant??
Hello 👋🏾 I purchased this on a whim. It was the only one and needed rescuing. Can you help identify? Is it a peperomia?
Omg my sunflowers are finally getting ready to produce the flower head
Omg guys my elephant ear is finally black this girl scared me for a while I thought she was starting to revert but she did it and I’m so happy 😁
This is “Big Red”, the red Congo philodendron I saved from a big box store. He was in the beating, direct sunlight, in an inappropriately-sized planter pot and in soil caked with weird chemicals and plastic inclusions… I had to prune off the leaves that were beyond saving, give him a good shower (including the root ball), give him a much larger home with brand new soil with mostly organic additives complete with a meal of organic worm castings. When he settled in, he got watered with distilled water and leaves were cleaned and polished with leaf shine. As a finishing touch, his heavy pot got a set of wheels for easy sun rotation. It’s been a couple days since his spa day and there are bright red new shoots extending from the middle. I think it’s a nice break for him not to have those heavy chemical fertilizers burning him out from the inside and the 15 hours of direct sunlight burning him from the outside. This is my first “big” plant and my first “rescue” and it feels really good to let him relax and heal 💗
Just received a new plant from Steve’s Leaves Anthurium’Silver Blush’
She who I got to grow indoors to prove I could. After quarantine to isolate some random bugs, she joined the South Window crew. I’m supplementing with a Relassy grow light.
