I have had this kalanchoe named Fairy for a couple years. She lives in the fairy garden each summer and I propagate and repot in the fall. She is inside for the winter and just surprised me! I had no idea she flowered until now.

Those little water droplets you see hanging off the leaf tips arenât dew â theyâre due to guttation. It happens when the soil is well-hydrated and the plant releases excess moisture through tiny pores at the leaf edges. With all this Tule fog the Central Valley has been living in lately, the sun has been almost nonexistent so evaporation is slow and humidity has been high. My plants are holding onto more moisture and pushing it out where they can. Kind of cool how whatâs happening outside directly affects the plants inside đ«ïžđ§

đ Plant Newbie here! I would like to show off my Ruby the Rubber Plant. She is one of my favorites in my collection! I originally purchased this plant for my husbandâs office, but when he changed jobs it came back home. His new office isnât conducive for a real plant, so it has stayed home. To my complete shock, she has grown from a 4 inch nursery pot to this stunning size under my care for the past several years. She is 1 of 2 plants that have inspired me and boosted my confidence to really engage in this plant journey! đ§đ Which plant of yours inspired you to engage in your plant journey??

I just got a new poinsettia called Melanie. If you cant tell her bottom leaf is shriveling, ive only had her 4 days and she isn't over watered ,does anyone know what's wrong?

So I picked up this Christmas cactus from Walmart last Saturday all the way in the back of the store with some other forgotten plants. It may have had a rough weekend and 2 hour car ride home in the back with the dogđ€ŠđŒââïž. Itâs not looking to good⊠is it just stressed from all the moving and changes? What should I do to help it? Its soil isnât dry but not drenched either, and itâs not root bound.

I just received this plant and Iâm not sure what it is? I want to be sure tha I give it proper care. Can anyone help identify? The app said Queen of the Night and another app identified it has Blue Star. It has very flat leaves. Thank you for any help đ
