Rescued this orchid for $3 today 🥹 originally $15! My biggest regret is not getting a before picture 😭 there were blooms but I chopped them off. Don’t sleep on Kroger for plants! 🌺🙂↔️

Plant séance All of my bathroom plants needed misting so I cranked up the humidifier and gathered the plants around it. Kind of creepy looking.

This guy is so beautiful, sadly it’s a bit fussy, it’s producing roots in the tree fern which is good, although if this doesn’t work then it’s going in semi hydro, if that does work then…. Not sure.

Mama pilea and her offspring! Just repotted 3 littles into a shared pot to make watering easier but if they get like their mama then I’m in trouble hehe. Also, on the small single one some of the leaves are speckled… what is this? They all live in a west window and the one in the white/green pot isn’t as close to the window as the others.

I just can’t believe how OVERWATERED plants are when you buy them. This Hoya, from Walmart, needs well draining soil. This is NOT it. I can literally squeeze it out like a sponge. The water should flow through it. Bought a few days ago and I have not watered it yet But I’m glad I checked it before the roots were mush. Now I gotta go get a new pot 🙂 *always check the roots*

I trimmed this guy back earlier this spring and now it’s thriving!! Flowering, bigger, healthier leaves! The smaller ones are the leaves I trimmed off and rooted in water. (Last one was a before pic)
