My baby ping has a baby of her own ❤️
Cactus Newbie here! So I’ve had this Prickly Pear for over a year. I actually just compared to pictures a year ago and this plant has grown quite a lot! I took this picture today, my question is what type of pots is best for cactus? Terra Cotta? With loose succulent/cactus potting mix? When I repot it should I put a post or something in there to help support it? Honestly over the last year it’s stood up a lot taller/nicer than when I first received it.
Put together this plant wall for my sister in law’s plant themed baby shower this weekend and I think it turned out so pretty 😍🪴
Can anyone tell me why my rhaphi tetrasperma is yellowing at the bottom? Is it bc of them being older leaves? Or is there an issue? Thanks for everyone’s help ahead of time! ☺️
my lemon tree is blooming and producing so many new stems ❤️❤️
Hi everyone, I’m very new at keeping plants and am very excited about having had these plants for a few months ☺️✨ these are my favorites and I feel very connected to them, especially the satin pothos which is a replacement for the one I had to leave in my previous city when I moved last year. I am really enjoying seeing everyone’s plant photos and learning more about how to keep plants healthy and happy!
This prayer plant tripled its size in six months. I propagated a piece, and it looks like I'll do another node soon. 😊
Just got her in the mail and planted her let’s see how fast she grows !!
Photo overload. Few more babies. Got more propagation items for the window that I will complete this week. But here it is so far. Got some brown spots on some. I was using the mister quite frequently, I’ve slowed down on that, hope it helped any other advice.
I just got this plant 5 weeks ago and it grew this odd looking stem, blooms?
Bath Day!
Just trying to save the trees in my backyard before the mower gets them.
Gave all these plants a new pot today:))
This is Belle! As in bell pepper, which I thought was a good name for a peperomia pepperface
Here are a few of my smaller babies. Starting to propagate some. Got lots more that I ordered with some little jars to put them in. Can’t wait to get them started this week. Open to any suggestions. ( they are wet because I was gone for 3 days and just gave them some mist when I got home )
I bought a coffee plant for my mom for Mother's Day! I have named this plant Espresso ☕️
Good evening, Planta residents! Here’s some of this weekend’s finds from Walmart, Home Depot, & Lowe’s. I was SHOCKED. • Alocasia Cuprea Red Secret • Alocasia Reginula Black Velvet • Alocasia Maharani Gray/Grey Dragon • Alocasia Baginda Pink Dragon [x2] Beyond ecstatic to see “rare” plants become more widely available and for affordable prices (they were all under $25). Don’t walk, RUN and get y’all’s. Much love. -thekintsugidav
My plant seems to be sad, its leaves have grown too long and are drooping down and breaking. I can't tell if they are breaking because they have grown too long or because they have become weak. The leaves are drying out, and after the flowers fell off, they didn't bloom again. I don’t know what’s the problem, someone can help me what can I do
Uhh so now what… I’m guessing needing a new bigger pot to start! Rotating it to light on the other side. Keeping them in the same pot or separating them? I saw they can get super tall!! 😆 … after I bought it!
Just got this plant rescue from Lowe’s for $2!! I’m so excited. I think she’s a Alocasia amazonica ‘Polly’ but hard to confirm till she’s back in good health. On the plus side she had new leaves forming. 🖤🖤🖤
