My newest baby! Just potted him up this morning. Bought it from Orange Lake but they have it marked as a Strawberry Caramel Marble/Fire Tiger. I’m not sure which it actually is since it’s still a baby tissue culture. Hoping it’s a fire Tiger since I just ordered a strawberry Caramel marble tissue culture from another shop!! Keeping him covered in Mommas prayers! 🥰🥰
Just got home from my local carnivorous plant society annual plant sale. I got everything on my wish list and saw a bunch of interesting arrangements and specimens! Spoon leaf sundew was at the top of my list then the green butterwort. I was pleasantly surprised that butterworts can grow pink so I purchased that. The sphagnum moss was interesting and the regular sundew was a free gift for one of my kids, my other child didn’t want one since we have so many already. My kids wanted the monkey cups and the pitcher plant and I’m glad we found a smaller one since some were hundreds of dollars. All this and couple stickers was $100. Some arrangements on rocks were so cool but I didn’t get a photo of them.

Plants show you that you can bounce back from anything. This is the Thai con I propagated and successfully created a second plant. I wasn’t sure if this plant was ever going to create a new leaf off of this shoot but now this baby is growing a whole new leaf!

Catching up on plant chores! While I’ve taken on some ridiculous # of anthurium (including 4 in the mail this week that haven’t been catalogued yet), that Frydek is one of my last remaining Alocasia! 😍😍😍
She’s Here!!!!! This is the only soil plant ima get because ima do one thing and one thing only… stick to what I know with Hydroponic plants😂 She’s a beaut though. Fingers crossed on no pest🤞🏽 I dosed this baby down with all natural pesticide including a small percentage of alcohol solution.
My friend gave me this plant. I think it was sun burned a couple of weeks ago. But now I have a leaf yellowing. I don’t know the cause. My moisture meter tells me it’s good, not over and not under. I keep it outside under my porch away from the sun. Any help or tips is appreciated!

My ping is flowering! I’m taking this as a sign that he’s loving life! I’m so excited to see it in bloom.
I used to be so scared of getting a string of pearls plant hearing everyone having a hard time with them even though it was one of my favourite plants. I did so much research and 3 weeks ago I went to the greenhouse and bought tiniest cheapest one they had to give it a shot. Just three weeks in it’s already filled in its bowl so much and so much new growth! I’m so happy she’s happy in my home. Might give some other string of plants a try if she keeps thriving.
