Looking beautiful this morning. Had to give her a huge trim but she seems much happier now 🙂

This ZZ plant needed a dire upgrade and I'm glad I did it today. Look at this beast of a root system! 😂😂 this plant was definitely wanting more room, but came out clean and now I've got more to grow! 😄🌿

I've only been doing the houseplant thing for a few months now, and ever since I started I wanted a calathea. Well, today I was standing in line at Walgreens and saw this guy nestled in amongst some orchids they were selling near the register (weird at Walgreens, right??) so I bought him. I have been reading unending horror stories about how notoriously difficult they are to keep alive, but I am hopeful. If anyone has any suggestions for keeping these notoriously picky beauties happy, I'm all ears.

and the award for most dramatic goes too… (It’s my own fault it needs a repot so it can hold onto water longer)

I’ve been meaning to trim my pothos for a while now but I haven’t been able to bring myself to. She’s starting to thin out on the top now so I think it’s time!

My two Lowe’s finds yesterday! Found a really weird leaf in the philo, looks like it has a white knight leaf grafted to it!

Ready for winter to be over but my babies have almost made it through their first winter and so far everyone is still growing and as reasonably happy as can be :)
