my grandfather gave me one of his 18 year old heart leaf philodendrons. he just took some cuttings off of it to create more (he has 6 already) and said i could have one of the originals :)

First tissue cultures! Theyâre under a grow light with humidity domes in a sterile box growing in perlite with water and food. Give me tips and pray for me yâall đ€·ââïž

I got two of these teensy cactuses (cacti?đ€) terrariums yesterday. Theyâre about 1.5 inches tall at the top of the dome. They came with no information other than that they donât need any care for three months, but Iâm skeptical. Iâm also clueless about cactuses because Iâve never had any before. Thereâs a little bit of grit at the bottom and some air holes, and I think you can unscrew the dome. Iâd love to get some advice from folks who know about these prickly little guys! Thanks ahead of time! đ

decided to redecorate and move my plants to a location with a hanging grow light since many advised i should have one above instead of pointing ahead of them. thank you all for the advice, definitely looks a lot better where i have them now! now i just have to find a spot for my warszewiczii when it comesđ„Č(also, no the ac does not blast onto the monstera, tis angled upward just for that reason)
