I have been waiting sooooo long for this!!!!! Patience is rly hard… I started her from a cutting from my dad’s plant. I had no idea what I was doing and it took so long for her to grow roots. She didn’t look super healthy but now she has the most gorgeous little plant babies I have ever seen!!!!!!!🫶🏼😍🫶🏼

rescued two ikea plants my mom forgot about in the trunk of her car. she hasn't noticed so they are mine now. damage to the calathea is likely from sitting in her car so some love and care should turn it around

Plants find me, even when I’m out buying dish soap at Wal-Mart. From what I can tell, this Madagascar Palm is monstrose - not crested, which is also something I just learned of. The base and roots are that of a single plant. I have no room for this, but had to have it. $24.99.

I can highly recommend this low maintenance plant, Esperanza (Tecoma Stans), that blooms early spring and continues until the first frost. They die back in winter in my zone 9a region. I grow them in pots that I leave outside year round and they always put out new growth. They grow tall like trees in warmer areas and are native to Texas and Mexico. They come in several varieties of colors under trademarks of Sparklette, Bells of Fire (compact), Orange Jubilee, Sunrise, Lydia, and Redfish Hot among others. The yellow variety is easy to find. 🌼

I gave an orchid to a friend, looked like she killed it so I took it home to double check. I honestly thought it was dead too. Then magically a bit of green came out of the pot a few months ago, followed by this interesting winding stem to get to the light. First bloom today!

Got plant mail yesterday I’m super excited about! Gymnocalycium spegazzinii var. unguispinum - for some reason it reminds me of Van Gogh’s starry night painting, so of course I had to name it Star☺️🌌
