The end of November I went to the wrong greenhouse looking for their holiday succulents. I asked them where they were and they let me into their greenhouse to look at last years succulents. They probably thought I was nuts. Anyways, I found this gorgeous girl. She probably thought it’s spring time and bloomed since I took her out of the cold.

found this big girl at walmart for 25 bucks.... she was severely rootbound, and needed about 40 minutes of me detangling her root ball in the shower with a chopstick and my fingers LOL. treated her with insecticidal soap, diatomaceous earth, and a grow light. her name is bast and i love her ♡

I left a 2 and a half year abusive relationship and brought my favorite plants with me, I think my plants know we’re not in a toxic environment anymore because they’re all pushing new leafs and perking up and not so droopy😅❤️❤️

I got this plant for Christmas this year. I may have forgotten I had it and didn’t take it out of the box. (I felt terrible) when I finally had what I needed to plant it and take care of it I opened the box. It was growing and the stem was completely flat and parallel with the ground. It looked terrible. I planted it with what I thought was to high of hopes. But within less than a week it looked like this. It all goes to prove the healing power of time❤️🪴☺️

Here is my newest additions this week… king anthurium veitchii top left, alocasia azhlani top right, alocasia gray dragon bottom left, and carlablackieae x papillaliminum on bottom right. All have been on my wish list for awhile so I couldn’t pass on them.

Today's project. Putting two very pot bound boat lilies into one larger pot. Didn't lose any. I had my rooting powder ready but managed not to break off any pieces.
