I was never interested in Anthuriums until i was offered this Clari as a replacement for a different plant a shop couldn’t get/sell. But I’m so proud of this leaf it pushed, it took about a month after the last one. 😭 (Hand for scale bc I really thought it wasn’t gonna be any bigger than the last leaf LOL)
What’s your most dramatic plant?🤔 Here’s mine before watering and 2 hours after 😭😂
Day 1 vs Day 111 (today!) Streptocarpus ionanthus aka African Violet! So cute and small ⚯̫ from Brooklyn Botanical Garden in NYC… if anyone knows the cultivar of this one please don’t hesitate to leave a comment..💜 (Yes her name is literally “Tiny” LOL)
semi new to plants and my sister acquired this from a coworker who “couldn’t kill it” ‘mother aloe’ is now mine, mango for scale
Just got these today! I’m going to give them a few days to chill before I transplant them to their new pots. I want to make a decorative arch for them to grown against. I’ve nicknamed mine The Rock lol.
Getting busy with spring.
I’m still working on perfecting the set up. But here are my indoor plants! (Minus the kitchen rehab and air plant) I’m ordering a grow light fixture to hand down the corner behind the tv for my monstera to sit under. I also intend to have a wooden stove board made to sit over my storage cabinet since the humidifier is perched precariously on the very edge 😬

So many new leaves I'm 'sploding!
Sooo I did a little shop at IKEA 🛍️✨ and saw these little cute bowls — 3 for £5 😭 I couldn’t believe it!! Anyway, of course I didn’t use them for food… I turned them into plant pots instead 🤭🪴 I also bought an already-made terrarium that had a Gollum Jade 🌿 and a succulent, but I felt so bad just throwing the original setup away 😭 so I repotted them into these bowls. I know I’m probably going to get the whole “no drainage holes!! 😬” spiel… but honestly I didn’t even buy these plants intentionally, so I’m just admiring the look for now ✨ Hopefully they don’t die on me 🤞💚 but I’m also kind of an underwaterer, so I have faith they’ll survive for a bit at least 😭😂 until I can maybe rehome them properly later. Anywayyy I also made a cutting of my Hoya mathilde 🌸 and popped it into one of the bowls too!! It looks so cute I can’t even 😭🫶✨

Snagged these two cuttings today. Fingers crossed I can get them to grow roots!
I repotted some of my plants and took them outside for a little with this nice weather I just had to share 🪴🪴🪴
Anyone know what the name of this is so I can add it to my plant library I forgot to catch it when I was out shopping
I’m so glad spring is here. Everything is in full bloom and the dark winter months are behind us.
Had to get some of these babies outside for the first real day of good weather and sunshine!!
Hello all relatively new plant dad here. I started last November with some clippings from my mom four of them to be exact a purple heart a prayer plant a croton and a couple succulents. It’s finally nice enough here in Chicago to get them outside. Bought this cute little shelf and have also added (more than) a few to my collection! Really enjoying this and finding it very therapeutic!
A few of my newer friends 🫶🏽 these monsteras have only been with me like 2 months and the new leaves are coming in SO fast 💨 Also picked up….. -3 new types of tradescantia, a heart leaf philodendron, philodendron brazil, and a split-leaf philodendron 😌🫶🏽
Most of my indoor babies chillin the night away…
