I received two new plants that I ordered online this weekend and they are both gorgeous. A calathea medallion and a ruby cascade. I also bought a Dottie calathea from my local plant store and she’s very pretty. The calathea medallion has such stunning leaves that I gasped when I took her out of the box.
The view from my chair.
I posted like two days ago…. wanting to share how pleased I was with my plant corner… then realizing how many of my plants needed repotting!!!! 🤦🏻♀️ And then having to change my plant corner again. 🫠 What a task! Moving plants around to their hand-me-down homes and then buying bigger pots that I didn’t think would be so pricey! I got away with a $25 terracotta pot for my rubber and monstera but after these… not looking forward to their upgrade. 🥲
I would like to share my pride and joy. I created this fairy garden to honor and remember my daughter Joana who died unexpectedly at the age of 26 from a missed blood clot. That was 17 years ago and I hand never gardened a day in my life. I learned about fairy gardens after her death and knowing how much she’d loved them I created this one in my backyard. I put it up every June and take it down in early October as my I live in NH and it wouldn’t survive the winters here. I’ve been told it’s magical and amazing. Hope you enjoy it too.
I found this cute baby at Target today. Alocacia Tiny Dancer. I love her.
Some recent repots that I want to show off
Went looking for Mexican Mint Tarragon for my garden…and found a White Wizard! ❤️😂🙌 This cute lil guy completes the white royal family; love his baby white shoots. 🥹
Rearranged all my girls today and LOVE them where they are now. Hope they enjoy their new homes as much as I do 😬👏🏼
Just got this beautiful Monstera from Whole Foods… She was only $14!! What a deal for this beauty 😇🌱
Loved the lighting on my obsidian begonia! Thought you guys would appreciate it 🖤

This is Connie she lives on my bathroom window sill. She loves the damp steamy bathroom combined with a very sunny window sill. I’ve had her 3 years but if she gets much bigger I might have to put a bigger window sill in! 😆
Zerubbabel and pinky the happy couple. Pinky has been in constant bloom since beginning of April. Zerubbabel has 4 new leaves with a fifth on the way. (Rosie my dragon managed to get in the photo in the background - she gets too much attention already but still wanted in on the action).
Hey friends, picked these up at Costco today. 1.4qt size, 2 for $17.99.
I can't say how much I love this plant. I had no clue what the leaves would look like. I just know I LOVEEE a Caudex plant, saw its little brown nubs and purchased. But it is the most interesting plant. The leaf texture alone, but its also fuzzy!!! And I noticed it had a flower today 💙
Wow, never had an all white leaf, it’s beautiful. I’ll enjoy it while it lasts and thought I’d share this baby 💚🤍
Here is my Delphinium to attract bees on my allotment 🐝🐝🐝
huge elephant ear at my local botanical gardens!
Anyone else have fake plants in areas they can’t have real ones? Lol
My succulent is doing so well! ☀️ When I first got her she just had a few tiny leaves 🥹
