I purchased this incense burner and it didn’t do what I wanted it to do. So I put some bonsai muck put some moss on and some lava rocks. I’m kind of pleased with it.

So excited on my first trial of air layering my FLF. I also tried to root the top third but failed at that! New growths came quick though… But I am beyond ecstatic on the air root. However, I am in zone 7A and just brought her inside. 🙏

My ficus is almost too happy. I got him two years ago at Trader Joe’s and look at him now. I’ve tried to encourage branching during growing season, but he just wants to be his tree self. I think I need to chop him at the top next year. ✂️✂️✂️
