A couple years ago I couldnât keep a plant alive if my life depended on it. The first photo is my swamp monster I made at the start of my plant journey and the next two are some of my current babies. Anytime someone I know wants to get into house plants but feels discouraged I always show them this photo so they know its okay if you mess up in the begining.

Amaryllises (Belladonna lily)! Mine is the wilting red one, lasted about three weeks. Beautiful while it did. My sisterâs is the pink and white one, just bloomed a few days ago. My grandmaâs is the one with no leaves, no luck with it LOL. Definitely on my wish listđ Bottom left is when mine first bloomed
