Did you know that the passion vine is to the Gulf Fritillary as is the milkweed to the monarch? Every year around this time they come to lay their eggs and the caterpillars chew up my passion vine. As you can tell by the flower on it today, she doesnât mind too much. :)

Not complaining but I just had to rearrange my whole front plant window because Shrek wouldn't fit on the windowsill anymore. Don't tell the others, but Shrek is probably my favorite plant. It was a clearance rack rescue with only four or five leaves and had mealy bugs twice. Shrek's a fighter. đđŒ
