     Excellent questions! It’s a piper ornatum. The internet failed me on finding flower photos! Apparently they get clusters of spike shaped blooms?

     I went down the Google images rabbit hole and came up empty as well! Did notice they grow nicely on a lattice, tho!

     This is what I found about the “flowers”: "Flower" Structure: The plant produces a tight, cylindrical spike (inflorescence) opposite the leaves. Individual Flowers: Each spike contains hundreds of minute, naked flowers packed tightly together along the center stem. They completely lack petals or sepals. Appearance: They look like small, bumpy, light-green or whitish rods rather than a standard garden flower.
