They have this plant at a new place where I just started working but I don’t think they really take care of it, how is this plant called yall? :(

      It is! They said it looked great at first but then it started looking bad

      Has it been fertilized? I would assume in a work place no. It also could need a new pot. It also may need more light.

      Yes. That would be a good plan. And no ice cubes. Most tropical plants never experience cold temperatures so they aren’t going to like ice cubes or ice cold water. Try to use tepid water, no cooler than room temperature. Obviously an ice cube a day is not doing the trick. 🥴 You will be this plants hero if you can rescue it and get it back to good health. Its current caregivers clearly don’t care about it.

      A consistent watering schedule and a little more light should help! Currently bring my boyfriends money tree back from the *almost* dead 😂
