I have an old snake plant thatās been around for a long time. I never fed it, if you can believe that. However, getting plugged in at Planta, I am fertilizing all my plants on a regular basis. I was shocked when my snake plant started, albeit slowly, putting out beautifully patterned new leaves. So donāt forget to fertilize! Hereās a picture of mine; you can see the difference between the old leaves and the lovely new leaves. Isnāt that just amazing?! š¤ššŖ“

1 gillaJust keep on trucking, Jay! It takes time and persistence to love and learn all about your plants, and thatās what Planta membership is all about. Iāve learned so much over the past few months that it just amazes me. Planta members are so friendly and so, so knowledgeable; sometimes it makes me feel just like an idiot⦠The things I donāt know and thought I did! Keep on asking questions and youāll get good, solid answers. Best of luck, š¤ššŖ“

0 gillningarI deal with fungal issues if I leave these guys outside. They are happiest on my screened in porch where they get a lot of bright indirect light. They are really easy plants and can do well in a variety of soils. Just be sure to fully let them dry out between watering and youāll be great!
