Yayyy. She's a beauty! Does it have drainage holes at the bottom? Put her in a bright indirect light and water when the top few inches of soil is dry..
1 LikeHey! She does have drainage holes at the bottom. I’m just trying to find her a good spot that’s sunny but not too sunny. The British weather isn’t exactly cooperating 😂 I’m wondering if I should get her a grow light.
1 LikeGrowlights are always good to have especially in winter..
1 LikeThey thrive with something to climb (since they’re usually found growing up the sides of trees). This color is beautiful! 😍
0 LikesShe’s a beauty and will give you many years of beautiful leaves. You might even get a flower from her. I’ve grown several caladiums for myself and my son and I do want to caution you that in the winter all the leaves will die and it will need to go into a dark closet for the winter until spring comes around. Even with the grow light it ultimately has its lifecycle But if you can keep it alive year-round, please make sure to share your secret with me. Here’s a picture of one of mine that I grow from the tuberour corm.
0 LikesOh, I forgot the recommendations because I was admiring your beautiful plant so much. Make sure that you give her plenty of water but not soggy if that makes sense. Grow light is always a plus and no direct light.
