    Lots of humidity, especially when it is producing baby leaves as they tend to get stuck on mine every once in a while.

      You could get a humidifier or just cluster some plants around

    For what it’s worth I just bought one that looks almost exactly like that and it was 2 plants that I put in separate pots and they are doing great! Beautiful variegation on yours - good luck!
