Just shined all my plant leaves. 🥰 What do yall typically use aside from neem oil.

    Wait people shine their plants??? Sometimes when I’m bored I clean my plants leaves with water and a paper towel but that’s all :0

      It looks so pretty maybe I should try shining my plants with neem oil

      It’s just an aesthetics things for me. But it can also help with how much sunlight they absorb cause they’re not as dirty/dusty I think. Don’t quote me on that. 😂

      No you’re correct! One of the main reasons people clean their plant leaves is so the dust doesn’t prevent the plant from absorbing light!

    I heard neem oil stays on the leaves & builds up, causing problems eventually. Are you diluting it at all??

      I actually used coconut oil this time around cause I ran out of neem oil. 😅

      Are you using the oil straight? I clean mine with vinegar and water, and spray occasionally with a neem water combo for pest control. How long have you been oiling yours??

      Both coconut and neem oil I’ve used straight but I can usually saturate a quarter of a paper towel and it’ll take care of literally all my plants. I’ve oiled my plants for over 5 years but all my current plants are less than 2 years old.
