Watermelon Peperomia appreciation post ❤️ should I snip the flowerings off or leave them…? Also thinking about repotting in a slightly larger pot, but it’s doing so well right now I’m afraid to change anything lol

If you cut off the flower it will focus on new growth more, but you can just keep it if you want!
2 Me gustaStringofMonsteras is correct about the plant focusing more on foliage growth if you cut the flowers. It’s completely up to you, but I’ve personally never cared for the flowers very much, and think the peperomia’s leaves are the better focal point of the plant. This is my Watermelon Peperomia, Wanda. She has yet to grow any flowers, but if you have any new leaves starting to form, I’d recommend you at least trim a few flowers off if you want the plant to focus on developing the leaves more.
1 me gustaThank you! Where’s the best place to cut the flower, just at the base of the flower stem?
0 Me gustaProbably as low as possible. Base of the stem works fine, but just make sure you cut low enough that it isn’t obvious that you cut it and just have a long stem sticking out. Cutting it as close as possible also helps with telling the plant to stop developing that stem any further.
0 Me gustaDef don’t change the pot if she’s doing well in it, it’ll help prevent adding stress that isn’t necessary.

Don’t change anything if you can help it! I stressed mine out and regret it .. now I’m trying to propagate off of it with the good leaves that were left
