    I tried to count how many plants there were in your order… 9 or 10? You are a lucky lady! Please tell me where you bought these plants from, and what you thought of them. The plants all look really healthy and happy, as I’m sure you are! Have fun as you get all of them settled in their new home!

      9 correct! Although my crocodile fern isn’t pictured. I would say I had decent luck, although I have not repotted them yet so I’ll see what the roots look like in a couple days. I had an issue with three plants. One was shipped almost bare root as if they dropped it, all the dumped out, and decided to ship it anyways. My alta volta pothos is reverted completely on all new growth and I paid the most for that one so I was very disappointed. And finally my Thai beauty calathea was in rough shape and also looks nothing like a Thai beauty. They do not do a good job of depicting the majority of plants and instead pick the prettiest plant to display. So often you are a little disappointed! Like my Kalia pinstripe is supposed to be bright reddish pink according to their pictures and pictures I’ve ever seen, but is mostly white striped when I received it 😭 also keep in mind that the size of plant that they pictured is not always the size that you’re going to receive sometimes they have a 6 to 8 inch pot pictured but only a 4 inch pot for sale. Overall, I would probably buy from them again because their custom service is so absolutely spot on anytime I have issues. They usually fix them pretty quickly. I will let you know how they solve my current issues with this order. But overall, I would recommend them. I would be wary of buying super rare plants from them though.

      Where did you order your plants from, because I recently placed a fairly large plant order, and all my plants came in great shape! The picture of the plant that was shown when I was shopping, was the exact one I bought… not a different one. I’m relatively new at ordering plants via mail, but unless it was just luck, I received all of mine in great shape. I did, however, use two day expedited shipping, and a winter weatherization package… and I was very glad I did, because the weather was super cold. I wish we had a site here at Planta, where it dealt with nothing but plant ordering sites, and what people thought of them; I think that would be a really good help to those of us who want to buy plants through the mail. What do you think?

      Gabriella plants. They are reputable. I find that most plant websites especially on Etsy show you the mother plant or a best case scenario plant. Which is definitely what Gabriella plants does.
