Rescued this beautiful peperomia santorini from my local Giant last week. Feel free to turn this into a thread sharing any of your favorite peperomias 😊 I’m still trying to pick a name for this one. I’d like to come up with one that reflects the beautiful silvery tones on the leaves, or something that relates to the moon 🌙 If anyone has any name suggestions, please feel free to share them! TIA for any help in naming this one. I really love the bright red undersides of her leaves.
She’s so beautiful! I see a sugar plum fairy!

Adrian that is a great looking plant. I need to seek one out.
좋아요 1개 Thanks, Phil. She was a very pleasant surprise to find at my grocery store. The trick with my Giant is to check every time you’re there for groceries for any new stock in the houseplant department, before they start getting overwatered or neglected. I got this great jade from them too for $10 a couple weeks ago.
…and this goldfish plant. Her name’s Wanda 🐠 she’s got a ton of flower buds in the works, and for $12, I really couldn’t pass her up, or leave her to slowly die at the hands of Giant neglect 😂
I got a very nice looking Birkin from Giant a couple months ago. Their supplier was one I had never heard of.

You’ve got a true gem on your hands! I think Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, would be a perfect name.
좋아요 1개 I was thinking that too. I’ve already got a Selena, so I thought I could maybe cheat with Celine 🤭
좋아요 1개 I love it! 😍
