Any advice for my sad pothos? I might’ve overwatered it and now it’s lost a ton of leaves and this is where we’ve been for awhile.. any tips?

The very first thing I would do is check the roots to make sure you don’t have root rot. Take a good look and sniff of your soil. If it’s stinky and sour, throw it out and start fresh.
2 J'aimeYes what Thai Jade said. If there isn't root rot you could cut the stems with a node and a leaf and stick them all in water to start over. Or wrap the stems into the soil and hold them in with bobby pins so they root.
1 j'aimemine used to look like this. i chopped it up and she's much happier. you might just need to start over 🤷♂️

I’d get it out of that pot and into a good ol’ nursery pot. Stick the nursery pot inside this one for the esthetic. Why? It will help you learn by “feel” when a plant needs to be watered. When they are potted directly into these ceramic pots it’s difficult to tell by weight if a plant needs to be repot. Best tip I EVER received as a new plant parent was “an under watered plant can be saved much more easily than an over watered plant”
3 J'aimeThat’s definitely the best and truest advice I’ve ever gotten as well!!
