Update:we believe the eggs are house finches

The nest has been parasitized by a brown headed cowbird (see the larger, spotty egg). You can let nature do what nature does, but if you'd like to help out the finches: leave the cowbird egg there. (The parents may attack the finch nest if it's removed.) Provide extra food for the finches so the baby cowbird won't out-compete the finch babies. Put a soft pad beneath the nest and check regularly for finch babies that get pushed out by the cowbird chick. (Once they're fledgling age you can leave them alone, but any that drop out of the nest too young must be returned for warmth)

Aw! I love it! I can’t wait to see another update on them once they’ve hatched!

FYI the brown egg is probably a parasitic bird like a cowbird. It will kick out the other chicks when it hatches.
